RAM Ratings has withdrawn the P1 rating of Digi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd's (Digi) RM1 bil Islamic Commercial Papers (CP) Programme (2017/2024) following the expiry of the facility on 19 April 2024. As such, we no longer have any rating obligation in respect of the programme. At the point of expiry, there was no outstanding amount under the facility. 

We will maintain surveillance of Digi's perpetual RM5 bil Sukuk Murabahah Islamic Medium-Term Note Programme, the AAA/Stable rating of which was last published on 17 November 2023.
