Please be informed that, pursuant to the Trust Deed dated 10 November 2023, SDESB intends to partially early redeem the IMTN Tranche 1B (Stock Code: VE230486) as follows:

Voluntary Early Redemption Date: 13 May 2024
Nominal Value to be redeemed   : RM62,000,000.00 (Redemption Rate = RM62m / RM2,095m)
Early Redemption Amount        : 100% of the Nominal Value of the IMTN to be redeemed together with the accrued Periodic Profit Payments calculated from the Issue Date up to but excluding the Voluntary Early Redemption Date.
