Refer to the above issuance and the EGM held on 13th January 2021.

The EGM was duly held with the attainment of the requisite quorum and supported by a majority consisting of not less than seventy-five per cent (75%) of the Sukukholders present and the said Extraordinary Resolution 1 was declared as 'Carried'.
