As Facility Agent of the abovementioned ABS, we hereby announce that pursuant to the passing of the extraordinary resolutions tabled at the Meeting of the Bondholders on 6 May 2022, approval has been granted for the Facility Agent to cancel and terminate all outstanding ABS including to remove the stocks remaining in FAST.
