As Facility Agent, we wish to notify that the Issuer will be making partial redemption/cancellation of its Class B Bonds and partial payment of the outstanding RCSLS's coupon on 6 March 2024 as follows:

1. Partial redemption/cancellation for LCB Class B(a) Bonds and LCB Class B(b) Bonds under the following Stock Codes :-
(i)  DK03222E; and
(ii) DM03223X


2. Partial payment of the RCSLS's coupon that has been accrued since December 2009 which has been rescheduled under the proposed rescheduling of the LCB Bonds/Debt/RCSLS which was effected in March 2015 as follows:-
(i)   PK090001
(ii)  PK090002; and
(iii) PK090003
