Kindly be informed that the Issuer is seeking the Sukuk holder's waiver of Clause 11.3(a) and 11.3(b) of the Trust Deed dated 26.12.2018 to allow the Issuer to incur further indebtedness and the creation of security interest related to the aforesaid indebtedness.

The special resolution in writing detailing the request has been circulated to the Sukuk holders by the Trustee, Malaysian Trustees Berhad vide its email today, 2.4.2024.
