Pursuant to Malaysian Trustees Berhad's ("Sukuk Trustee") letter dated 29 August 2025, please be informed that the Issuer's intends to convene an EGM for the Sukukholders to consider and, if thought fit, approve (with or without modifications) its requests by way of Special Resolutions.
