We as Facility Agent, wish to inform that Pacific Trustees Berhad, the Trustee for the Sukuk Murabahah Programme, had on 16 March 2026 sought the consent from Sukukholder(s) for the matters as set out in the Ordinary Resolution in Writing in respect of approval for hedging facilities and creation of charge over MYR-denominated Collection Account.
 
The notices of Resolution in Writing have been circulated to the Sukukholder(s) by Pacific Trustees Berhad via email on 16 March 2026.
