As the Facility Agent of the Sukuk Ijarah Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of ACFGB that the Issuer is seeking the consent of the Sukukholders of the Class A Sukuk Ijarah, Class B Sukuk Ijarah, Guaranteed Class C Sukuk Ijarah and Subordinated Class D Sukuk Ijarah for the purposes as set out in the respective Notice of Extraordinary Resolutions dated 21 April 2026 ("Notice") from Malaysian Trustees Berhad ("Trustee").
