RAM Ratings has withdrawn the AAA(fg)/Stable rating of Puncak Wangi Sdn Bhd's (the Company) RM200 mil Guaranteed Islamic Medium-Term Notes (IMTN) Programme (2014/2022) and no longer has any rating obligation in respect of the facility. The Company's outstanding IMTN were fully redeemed on 24 November 2021. Subsequently, the programme had been cancelled ahead of its maturity in November 2022. 

Incorporated in September 1995, Puncak Wangi is a property investment company wholly owned by Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad. In February 2013, the Company entered into an Agreement to Build and Lease with Celcom Axiata Berhad to construct an office building  Menara Celcom. The construction was completed in 2019.
