We, as the Facility Agent for the Senior Sukuk Musharakah, wish to notify that TMF Trustees Malaysia Berhad, as the Sukuk Trustee for the Senior Sukuk Musharakah, had on 10 February 2025 sought the approval of Sukukholders for the matters as set out in the Special Resolution in Writing. 

The notice of the Special Resolution in Writing has been circulated to the Sukukholders by TMF Trustees Malaysia Berhad via email on 10 February 2025.
