To the Subordinated Debtholders,

Please be informed that, pursuant to Clause 6.5 of the Trust Deed dated 9 December 2015, CIMBGH intends to redeem the outstanding RM1,200,000,000.00 Subordinated Debt (Stock Code: PO180006) in whole at the Nominal Value (together with all accrued but unpaid interest/coupon under the said Subordinated Debt) on the First Call Date of 13 September 2024.
