As the Facility Agent of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of the Issuer that the Issuer is proposing to undertake a post-issuance revision of terms exercise in respect of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme. Further details are set out in the letter dated 17 March 2025 from the Issuer to Pacific Trustees Berhad as enclosed with this announcement.
