Facility: A sustainability Islamic medium term note programme of RM1.5 billion in nominal value under the Shariah principle of Wakalah Bi Al-Istithmar ("Sustainability Sukuk Wakalah Programme") for the issuance of sustainability Islamic medium term notes ("Sustainability Sukuk Wakalah").

As the Facility Agent of the Sustainability Sukuk Wakalah Programme, we hereby notify on behalf of the Issuer that the Issuer intends to hold update meetings with the holders of the Sustainability Sukuk Wakalah ("update meetings"):

Session 2: 2:30 pm - 4:30 pm
