We, OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (?OCBC?), as the Facility Agent of the MTN Programme, would like to inform that the Senior Noteholder of the MTN Programme have approved the Issuer's requests:

1. To allow further indulgence and extension of time on compliance with the Prescribed Requirement for Senior MTN Series 5 (stock code: UF240166) and Series 6 (stock code: UE250149);
2. To allow indulgence and approval in relation to BTSSB Letter of Undertaking (2026); and
3. To allow the extension of the maturity date to 28 August 2026 for Senior MTN Series 5 (stock code: UF240166) and Series 6 (stock code: UE250149).

subject to the conditions imposed by the Senior Noteholder.
