As the Facility Agent of the abovementioned Sukuk Murabahah Programme, we hereby announce on behalf of the Issuer that Tan Sri Dr. Mohd Daud Bakar ("TSD") intends to resign from his current role as the Shariah adviser of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme and in replacing TSD, the Issuer intends to appoint AmBank Islamic Berhad as the new Shariah adviser of the Sukuk Murabahah Programme ("Proposal"). Further details are set out in the self-explanatory letter dated 1 July 2026 from Pacific Trustees Berhad ("Sukuk Trustee").
Kindly be informed accordingly and please refer to the Sukuk Trustee for further information on the above.
