Please be informed that, pursuant to Clause 6.3 of the Trust Deed, YNHP has, vide the Deferral Notice dated 23 July 2026, given notice that it has elected to defer all of the Coupon Payment and Arrears of Coupon (including related additional coupon) for the Perpetual Securities Tranche 1 (Stock Code: PZ190009) originally scheduled for payment on 7 August 2026, to the next Coupon Payment Date of 8 February 2027.  As such, there will be no Coupon Payment on 7 August 2026.
